Everything was great except I wish the area around the balcony was cleaner. There was a dead bug in the balcony door

Great experience

Expedia advertises breakfast as free and you pay an extra fee for this. This is in fact not accurate. There is a credit per person so definitely NOT free. This is false advertising and we copped extra charges as we just ate thinking it was free. Also, they charge ALOT to use a cabana by their pool. You pay a resort fee and a fortune to stay and they still expect you to pay that too. Absolute rip off (and we only wanted to use it for an hour or so as it was raining)

It was horrible the incompetence of the staff held over 950 dollars by mistake on my card for security deposit, they basically double charged me and was like oh well then proceeded to charge my card again after I checked out for fees Horrible horrible experience They tried to compensate BUT everything they did was just Not a match for what they did to my mini vacation

Poor costumer service.Pool chairs reserved for random people not even quest. Even if you want to spend money you are beiing neglected.Pool bar waiters nice.Beach attendees terrible.Same charging for chair and umbrella randomly.little cafeteria staff rude not even bother to look at you.We went for a dinner in Marriott down the street we got excellent service.Sorry Hilton you need a lot of improvement.

Nice property and a good value. Staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. S3 is a gem and convenient to have on site. Ilios is also a good restaurant and provides in-room service for the property. Overall pleased with my stay there and would definitely stay again.

Basic maintenance needs to be kept up to continue as a top notch resort. Example: The sheer curtains to the balcony need repair in room 1712 - they are torn on bottom. Overall - quite a very nice place - will return.

Love the location, lots to do, many restaurants, service was great, room was amazing.

The hotel was beautiful clean and spacious! The beach a walk away and the endless amenities were fabulous. The rooftop vibes (Nube’) is sexy, electrifying and with magnificent views! The restaurant S3: Sun, Surf & Sand’s sushi and cocktail drinks were amazing as well as the server Chris with the refreshing personality and worldly experience, he is a laidback charismatic guy who is definitely easy on the eyes 👀 As for the staff, overall, they were all amazing and very initiative with a welcoming smile. My family I had a wonderful time and looking forward to visiting again!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience!! Thx. Beach House Hilton.

The room was absolutely stunning. The pool was great and so was the restaurant by the pool. Paul, Shane, Justin, Ryan and Jada were great! My only complaint was the housekeeping. They barely cleaned my room my entire stay.

This is a really nice property, very easy access to beach which is why we love it. Staff is very accommodating, and keep the place very clean. Was $65 a day to park the car , and $47 a day for a hotel fee so keep that in mind. Other than that, a really beautiful place.

Our room was very clean and very spacious. The staff were all nice and accommodating. However, $60 per night for parking is not cool!! My parking bill was $240. That's as much as my plane ticket. Luckly with the help of my wife reading reviews all night we found parking at a near by hotel which we paid $60 for our entire 4 night stay and it was literally a 2 minute walk from Beach House.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at! The staff was so accomidating and on top of everything. During a 4 day stay they knew my family and I by name. Best vacation I have ever been on and my family agrees! Not to mention the food was off the charts in Fort Lauderdale. We'll be back for sure.

Wow this resort makes you truly feel like you are at a luxury resort! The staff was super friendly and the property is amazing!! Petrione in the Ilios restaurant is the best❤️ we will definitely be back!!

Loved everything about this hotel, did not want to leave! The staff were so nice, everything was walkable, the rooms were clean and up to date. I can’t wait to plan another trip there!
