Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, hot powerful shower. Reception staff are polite and professional providing an excellent service.

Just needed a bed for the night to break up a long car journey. The property was tired and the room very basic for an Hotel chain claiming 3 stars

High Swiss standards but at French price.

The location was easy to access from the highway.

Everything went smoothly and the room is big enough and clean enough for two peoples same for the bathroom. I would improve the pillow comfortability as they are very small and not comfortable. Overall a very good value for the price.

The room was quite basic but this is reflected in the price. They are separate from reception do its more like a motel. Private bathroom, aircon and a radiator in the room as well as tea and coffee facilities. I arrived a little early and was given a key to check in by the lovely receptionist who managed to understand my basic French.

Checkin is not until 3:00 PM, despite it saying 2:00PM. I was originally given a room where the TV didn’t work, then given a room they were still cleaning, then finally got into the cleaned room. Overall, what you would expect at a Campanile. Friendly staff.

Booked two rooms and confirmed but only one was available when we arrived. Great when it was 23.00 hrs after travelling for the day. Manager managed to ring round and get a room in the town. Managers attitude was typically "bad luck". Cannot recommend. Had to rate the hotel as I could not post without completing.

Subject: Complaint - Itin: 7312346310111- Hotel Campanile Pontarlier Dear Expedia + GOLD I booked on the expedia app 2 nights at the Hotel Campanile Pontarlier Checking in Nov 28th and Checking out Nov 30th. The room was booked with itinerary 7312346310111 and was prepaid with my credit card for USD 114,58. However, the hotel decided to charge me EUR 83,16 out of nowhere, after I had already checked out and left the hotel. This abusive behavior needs to be stopped and penalized, even if it was a unintentional mistake. This cannot happen. I called directly the hotel, but so far I have not received a refund on my credit card,

A clean overnight stop with no frills is what we wanted and got. Budget accommodation with no problems.

Functional hotel. Close enough to resteraunts and town centre.

Comfortable room in a quiet location. Newly redecorated. Delicious buffet breakfast.Excellent for a stopover of a night or two.

Ok for a one night stop over. Not the best Campanile we have used, but just about ok for the price. Would not stay here again though, better hotels in the same price range.

Le personnel est sympathique. Mais l'hotel est vieillissant..donc chambres pas tres clean malgré le menage. Clim réversible défaillante et pas de solution. Coupure generale de télévision tout le week-end...pas de chance! Pas mal de choses à revoir dans ses hotels pour la chaine campanile. Et à Michein pour l'attribution des etoiles! 3* est peut-etre sur évalué !?
