Excellent, friendly staff. Good access to rail station for trips to Pisa and Portofino. Good access to Genoa city centre.

The staff at Melia Genova is so welcoming and helpful. This is a first rate hotel with comfortable rooms and plush bedding, coffee in room and a pool and spa. Be sure to book a room that includes spa access. We’ll be back!

Staff was amazing!!!

Its a very nice 5star hotel on a nice area at Genova. Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice and clean. Parking costs around 35-40 euro per day! All though you can easily park outside of the hotel at blue zones for just 2euro per hour. Staff is friendly and nice except the receptionist that we had a bad moment with her. She gave us keys for another room not ours. We found out that, because we were waiting for our bags over 20min and when we asked where are they, they told us on another room than that we were to... If i havent asked about them we would still wait for em.... Unacceptable for a 5star hotel... And she said just a sorry. Nothing else..

A great hotel on a lovely tree lined boulevard going from the sea to the city centre. Great room with comfortable bed and bath and shower. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We walked everywhere from the hotel as its location is very good.

Central location of this hotel made walking to interesting views and areas simple. Professional staff and excellent service , the room was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast had a great selection as well. Valet parking made having a car that much easier.

Lovely rooms, nice indoor pool in basement, great service and fabulous location. We stayed for 8 nights and used it as a base for exploring both Genova and doing day trips to Turin, Cinque Terre as well as Portofino, San Margherita Lingure and Rapallo.

Enjoyed our stay extremely. Hotel in a great quiet residential neighborhood. Classy hotel and commendable staff. Old town about a 15 minute walk downhill. Convenience stores nearby.

The property manager turns off all hotel AC units at night time until 6:00 AM , Making impossible to have good night sleep. Not a pleasant stay. As alternative they suggest to guest to open the windows, but then you hear motorcycles, cars, and ambulances. It’s your choice , noise or heat
