Hôtel assez bruyant (route, isolation) situé dans une zone artisanale. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est dans l'ensemble accueillant même si le service du restaurant manque de professionnalisme. Les repas et le petit-déjeuner sont d'une qualité très moyenne avec très peu de produits frais. Par exemple, buffet de dessert très décevant avec aucun produit maison.

Alors pour commencer · lits très mal disposés (prévoir une rallonge multiprise pour le téléphone portable) · Clim non fonctionnelle alors que nous sommes en période de canicule donc la nuit était une horreur, il faisait très chaud ! · Problème de chasse d’eau, aucune puissance d’évacuation donc se préparer à camper devant la chasse d’eau pour pouvoir effacer toute trace de crime ! Cool… · Aucune possibilité de pouvoir fermer la porte à clé donc bon évité d’aller avec des amis qui peuvent s’amuser à faire irruption pendant votre douche pendant que vous êtes en position de faiblesse sous la douche hum… Dommage qu’il existe encore ce genre d’hôtel en France…

Vos staff manque de vigilance à savoir le premier jour le petit déjeuner il y a deux fromage(camembert et gruyère) le deuxième jour il n'y a que gruyère et les charcuterie or je mange pas les charcuteries par conséquence mes choix sont très limités.

room was very dirty we came to the room and the door was open cleaning lady state that it would take 5minutes to clean we came back with luggage in few minutes and the room was done How can you changesheets and clean in 5 minutes everything was super dirty

Was travelling for business. Had requested for an iron in advance which they had no ironing board. Rooms facing the dining area can be a bit noisy at meal times. Otherwise, rooms are good and clean. Plenty of food options and some good supermarket nearby.

Easy to find, easy parking, nice staff and rooms

Very good hotel for a short business trip in Paris. A little bit far from Paris but close to Orly's Airport.

Just need a fridge in the room...?!? For £60 per night he just needs a fridge in each room..!

This hotel is ultra-modern and new. The rooms were cleaned every day and very modern in interior design. The food on offer was excellent and the buffet entree and dessert were more than adequate for a meal but mains were offered as well. Le Restaurant, as part of the hotel was very handy for breakfast and dinners after a whole day out in Paris. The whole restaurant operation functioned like a well-oiled machine. The staff all spoke English and were happy dealing with my meager French. They were all very friendly and only too willing to assist with any small matter. While the hotel is located outside the city limits, there is a bus (#393 at Rhin et Danube) stop less than 100 metres from the hotel. It is a 5-10 minute ride to the Pointe du Lac Metro station and the #8 line can get you anywhere in the city. If staying more than a couple of days (I stayed 8) then you can get a Metro pass for 30 euros that gets you virtual unlimited transport in Paris - for a week! There are other options obtainable at the Pointe du Lac Info office and they are only too willing to help you out. The Metro travel to the other side of Paris does take time and this is the only aspect that you would not have if you had a hotel right in the center of the city. But this hotel is very quiet at night, the air is fresh, and I left with a sigh of regret. Many of the guests were French business men and women and they generally know the best places to stay.

The folks at this hotel were excellent. Very helpful, and patient with our limited French. When we had issues with our American credit cards at the RER station, the manager drove us to the station to help us sort it out. The rooms were clean, everyone was friendly, very well done!

The room was advertised to be for 3 people (a couple and a child), however the 3rd bed was actually a mattress right in the middle of the room which made very difficult to walk to the bathroom. Beware access to the hotel is restricted after 11pm (even for pedestrians), you'll need to walk/drive to another entrance which is about 1 mile away.

Au final je trouve que c'est un établissement sans aucun intérêt. Il est cher pour ce que l'on propose à l'exclusion du petit déjeuner. Il y a 4 personnes compétentes pas plus. Les autres sont dépassées ou elles devraient apprendre à sourire. Je trouve que le campanile de Créteil centre chemin du mesly est bien plus modeste mais on sait accueillir les clients et leur adresser un petit mot.
