Aside from the parking situation, this hotel was wonderful. It was easy to get off and on major freeways. There are plenty of nearby eateries, but the hotel restaurant was really good. It was a comfortable stay.

Very condescending staff, my daughter had a sleepover and they charged me a $200 cleaning fee for paper plates, a trash bag, cardboard and balloons in the room. I won’t ever stay at this hotel again, one of the staff even came threatening to end my daughter’s party because of a little noise. Worst experience I’ve ever had

I spoke with manager and he was going to reach out to hotels.com. To have a refund. Worst experience ever. I’ve stayed ther numerous times. Up all nite both nights with kids first night fighting adults second night. Help!!!

There was a stale smell in the public areas of the property. The person serving in the restaurant was spectacular in how she ean the bar and the fining area. I wish I got her name.

Everything about my state was great. The only thing I had a complaint with is. The parking space is not a lot of parking space to accommodate everyone who was staying at the hotel but also those events where people are not staying there. End up taking the pocket spaces of those who are actually spending the money To enjoy their night all weekend, there. That's the only complaint I have.Everything else was great

While the property was quiet and clean, they seemed to be short-staffed. In on instance, the waiter at the bar seem to be doing the job of three people - serving, bussing as well as room Service! It took a long time to get served.

My experience at the Sheraton was terrible. The front desk staff on 3/21 was unhelpful and unfriendly. An incident occurred where children were running through the hallways, knocking on doors, and despite calling the front desk for assistance, nothing was done. When we requested to be moved to a different room, we were told that no rooms were available. Rather than offering a solution, the staff simply told us not to answer our door and to ignore the disturbances. It also appeared that only one person was working at the front desk, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this size. Their attitude and lack of professionalism only added to the frustration. As for the hotel itself, the condition was disappointing. There were visible holes in the walls, and while the bathroom had some modern updates, it felt dark and dreary. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovations to improve both its appearance and guest experience.

whew. room was dirty and came with the opened soap of previous guest(s) left in shower. sheets were dirty and pillow had hair from someone else. duvet cover on extra bed had what appeared to be boot marks on it. ongoing elevator issues that could result in being trapped (or worse) inside. pros: super close to airport with shuttle service. close to dining options. microwave in room was nice to have.

I stayed 3 nights here. I asked them to come in and bring towels and freshen up and they did not do it. The room service was not professional. My room service bill was $95.00 very high for 3 deserts and 3 drinks and our drinks were not even cold and the ice was melted.
