The hotel staff at the front desk of the Residence Inn were the worst I’ve ever come across. Zero friendliness, did not properly check us in, had multiple issues. Would never stay here again based on this horrible experience. It was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had period!

This facility is very comfortable and convenient. It’s just far away from LA and close to the central coast. I highly recommend this location.

We love staying here when we are in Westlake. Great location, affordable pricing and close to great food.

Did not inform us of the pet deposit until arriving. Ended up spending almost $400 for an absolutely mediocre room with a loud AC and a bed that was fully collapsed on one side (down to the frame). Complained to the manager about this and was only offered a super generic apology. Nothing else. Will never stay at a residence inn again.

The hotel staff were super nice. The rooms were extremely comfortable. And the breakfast each morning was quite good. The dark out curtains were not quite close enough to the window to keep all the light out, however. And we could occasionally hear noise from the neighboring rooms. But overall an excellent hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were extremely large and generous.

Clean, safe property. Well located in town. A couple minor issues: One is the vent or motor for the air conditioning was located right next to the bed. When the air would kick on, it made a very loud rumbling sound. Not sure if this is applicable in all rooms, but it was in the room I stayed in. Secondly, I was hoping to watch a unique program that I could “mirror” using my iPhone on the room’s smart television. This is not an option confirmed by the manager on staff at the time. Apparently not a part of the Marriott policy. Apart from this, it was a great stay.

We arrived early to our check in and they were nice to accomidate us. It was a very pleasant to experience.

Comfy beds, big clean rooms, good breakfast and nearby restaurants in the same parking lot are really good!
