Best sleep the beds are so comfortable!! The room is clean and staff were very helpful. The restaurant had a delicious menu. Loved that they had an accessible grassy area with dog bags. Definitely will return.

Great hotel - pool was closed first night we arrived but got to use it the next day. Great location and close to many areas for tourists and activities.

The space was great for us. The hotel seemed extra busy with hockey and weddings and yet service was still quite good

They gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in. So that was wonderful. The smoke detector went off at 2am though! The place is a little worn but still pretty good! Nice staff.

Breakfast buffet was amazing

From the moment we got there it was not good. Are keys didn’t work. The staff were rude, and all the vending machines didn’t work. We were thirsty and had to order that in. The pool is very good but small and outdated. The food for the dinner was insanely priced too.

Booked via Hotels.com for 2 nights. Forgot to cancel 2nd night within 24 hours when plans changed. Deerfoot reached out to Hotels.com and refunded 2nd night. Very much appreciated. Excellent, above & beyond customer service, from both organizations!

the line up too much at restaurant but everythign else great

The rooms were comfortable, except the beds were a bit too soft and felt motion of partner easily (too much for our liking) but the staff was great, pool was fun! Showers had nice pressure and hot water. My only disappointment was the restaurant on site. Very little options for kids, charge a lot for some items - ex. 1 slice of cheddar cheese cost us $3 at breakfast. lol for a hotel that has a kids pool section, and says they are family friendly - I think there’s an opportunity to add kids menu to the dinner and lunch menu, and more options.

The facilities over all could use updating.

We loved that there was so much to do within the hotel. We went to the casino, karaoke in the lounge, ate in the restaurant and the cafe within the casino and watched a live band all in one day!

Room was clean- king size bed needs more than 3 pillows though. Pool area was great for families. Restaurant food was okay- another option that’s kid friendly would be nice.
