Beautiful Resort, Poor Reservation Experience
Stayed May 7–13 at CC Beach Front Papagayo after flight delays made us miss our original May 6 arrival. The resort itself is stunning, the food is amazing, and the on-site staff — especially Christian, Kendy, Suzi, Luna, and Danny — are warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.
But our experience was soured by how poorly the central reservation office handled our delay. Despite paying for 7 nights, we were denied the ability to shift our stay and were told we’d have to pay for an extra night just to get what we already paid for. One supervisor even said we “should be punished” for arriving late due to a flight delay — incredibly unprofessional.
If you go, just be aware that while the staff at the resort are top-notch, their booking/reservation management is not.
