Great experience

Breakfast was great, the room was big and comfortable. You can quickly get around in a taxi. It was $20 to get to The Vatican and around $15 to get to the colosseum. From those places you XS walk or pay small fees in taxis as well.

The staff

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones excelentes. Pero no recomiendo una habitacion para 3 personas pues las puertas del baño son transparentes y no hay ninguna privacidad, lo cual es muy incomodo. Ademas el servicio de alimentación dado por maitre de hotel es muy pobre. El domingo de Pentecostes con todo cerrado, por ser festivo en el bar no vendían sino bebidas sin nada de comer y el restaurante no abria sino a las 7:30 pm y ademas era obligatorio tomar el menu, no había otras opciones no podían hacer unos sandwich de jamón y queso. Nos toco pelear en la administración hasta que las ninas de esta amablemente dieron la orden, y solucionaron el problema. (Incluso tuvieron que hacer este menu para otros huéspedes.) Es increíble que no haya estos servicios en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Y que no esta ubicado cerca a restaurantes o al centro de Roma. Por otro lado el desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. Y la limpieza en la habitacion y servicios excelente.

The property is really good, very modern and comfortable, the reception workers are always helping and really friendly, Jacobo and Alessandro help us with a situation with a lost phone, and the hotel staff made it easy on us, which helped us sleep confident of the situation. I really recommend it

The staff is amazing they show up to fix your problem when you call when a lot of hotels will give you the runaround. They helped us find a large cab to the airport at a decent price. They also sent a very lovely older gentleman to fix the tv at one of our rooms right away. They gave me a very nice crib for my baby in my room as well. The bathroom was very clean and we had a tub. The TV had a ton of variety as well. I wish we had stayed here the week we stayed in Rome at the beginning of our trip instead of the other hotel. Oh well, there’s always next time.

I wish front desk is more professional and help full. When asked for napkins they suggested to go outside and buy from a store. They didn’t even bother to call restaurant or room service.

Everything was really nice. The breakfast was fresh and abundant. The staff was always smiling and kind! The room was clean. The lobby is very stylish and clean. :D
