The hotel was near where I wanted to be

Great hotel and restaurant

Ancien industrial part of the city ( near historic Gasometer and first house of Mozart) Fast food 24/24 hrs walking distance ( perfect if delay arrival) / very good breakfast at the hotel We took a taxi to go , cancel flight ( quiet far and expansive from airport)

The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. There was a hot water pot, instant coffee, sugar, and cream in the room, which was very much appreciated. There wasn't a lot in the area for shopping or sight seeing, but it was close to the subway which made it convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean and massive bed

It was a good overnight stay for an early flight at Vienna airport. The one down side was restaurant closed at hotel and very little food choices around hotel.

The staff named Vitalli is very helpful. He has patience to guests like us to describe & teach us the way even on some countries. He should be commended. Thank you.

A bit small and aircon set only at 20 Celsius no other options. It just near in the train station. Food is average as American Continental with a bit of Austrian breakfast I think.

Very nice and professional service, great location 4 minutes walk from the metro (U3) and the breakfast was the best I've had in this type of hotel, I recommend this hotel

The receptionist for check in was terrible. I had to wait while she was talking to another receptionist for a long time. I reminded them that I’m so tired and my companion not feeling well but they just said wait.

Comfy, easy to access rooms, clean and tidy. Nice staff.

The breakfast was the best and stuff are amazing

5 stars for desk staff: they were consistently helpful 1 star for housekeeping: we know they "did" the room because the duvets were folded (and the end of the TP). However in 5 days they never restocked the instant coffee, etc (despite our asking at the front desk), rubbish wasn't emptied at times, 2 towels were taken and not replaced, and the floor because gritty as the week progressed (& we remove our shoes). Did not seem like great service for a hotel charging 17€ pp for breakfast The room was spacious & clean at the beginning of the week The "double bed" was 2 twins next to each other.

I expected more from this hotel. My room had a bad ant problem, not sure if it was throughout the whole property or not but they were all over the place in my room. The positives are that the area is absolutely stunning and the room had 2 king beds. The cons were the obvious ant problem, the spa was meh, our room was in a detached building from the main hotel. Will stay at a different location next time I am in Zell Am See

The plaza is in close proximity to the gasometer venue, there are restaurants nearby also. Easy to get from the U-Bahn
