Tired room need good clean staff not helpfull corridor carpets need cleaning food basic not a 4 star hotel my opinion wont be returning

Stayed in a twin room with sea view. Most desirable location where you can watch and listen to the ocean even lying in bed. Food and the drinks were excellent, staff are professional,warm, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Windows are openable for fresh air. Will try the beauty treatment next time, car park is big and next to the hotel. Promenade just outsider the door. Only wish if the bathroom and the room were bigger but it is a former “Grand hotel” I think so structure of the bedroom is hard to enlarge. I would spray some wd40 on bathroom door to stop the squeaking sound around. Overall a very pleasant stay. Perfect for a relaxing stay over.

Only booked in here as last minute guests as visiting freinds, Hotel very clean and modern, All staff were very friendly, Location is a bit out of the way unless you like a good walk or have transport, Parking is free and handy just across the road. Room was last minute so ended up with the end of the corridor next to the busy stair door way always noisy from other guests using it, Price seemed a bit high for an overnight stay but would recommend…!

The hotel was nice close to the beach, the bed was comfortable and the room was a good size as I went for the bigger room Breakfast was good and the staff were fast to serve you. Where it went wrong was the AFTERNOON TEA, it was the worst one we have ever had for nearly £50 for 2, so we didn't touch our food and I complained and was told by the manager you have already paid so there is nothing I can do she was so rude about it as well

Lovely out of season overnighter. Reception and breakfast staff helpful and friendly. Easy parking.Premises clean and well maintained. 1 minute from the beach.

The room was brilliant sea view very clean the food was great brilliant pool spa etc all towels provided free of charge and all the staff was very friendly and polite

Staff, property, parking, service, bedrooms, public areas, prices, food are all good. However my one ting criticism is if you like marmite with your toast at breakfast take your own!

Perfect location at the beach, felt remote from the rest of the world, ideal for taking a short break. Our quadruple room (sea view to the side) was comfortable with all amenities and had two bathrooms. A door between the two bedrooms would have been better. The cooked breakfast had to be ordered, good variety of breakfast items available. The food served in the restaurant for dinner was also very good. Overall the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The spa area was a bit of a let down. The changing rooms weren’t cleaned during the day (at least looked like that in the late afternoon), the pool water was quite cold (but that might be personal preference) and the sauna/steam room was out of order during our stay. Had booked a massage in advance with Naomi and thoroughly enjoyed this.
