Clean room

Good hotel. It’s not my first time in the area and it’s been very nice and quiet;) the hotel is excellent

It was old but in good condition the rooms were large with a fridge and coffee machine. Close walk to the parliament building and not to far to the old town.

Cute boutique hotel

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the Cismigiu garden and local transportation in the Kogalniceanu plaza. The staff is friendly and the morning breakfast is tasty, however the rooms are quite small, it is a pre-war historical building. If you look for something a little brighter and spaceous this is not it. However, the friendly staff, the convinent location and the breakfast choice make this place a satisfying choice for a short vacation.

Clean rooms near to old town . Helpful staff

The hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful. It was a great location, within walking distance to a lot of the must see places!

A nice hotel which can be reached by getting the 85 bus from Gara Nord. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. A nice touch to have bathrobes and slippers. The buffet breakfast consisted mostly of continental food types although there were fried and scrambled eggs as well as sausages and another hot dish (changed). It was value for money and not too far from the sights if you are happy to walk 15-20mins.

Very nice hotel central to most things. Comfy room with kettle, robes & slippers. It was late by the time I checked in & not many restaurants close by were open & the rain was heavy. Luckily a mini market just next door offered something. Decent breakfast spread. Enjoyed it overall.

Arrived very late (duel to flight delays). Receptionist was there to welcome us which was fine. Arriving in my room I found there was no kettle for me to have a hot drink before going to sleep. There was enough tea and coffee sachets but not kettle. I also could not open the safe. I called reception to ask for a kettle and they told me I would need to wait until 8am the next day when housekeeping came back on. They said I can come down to reception for a cup of hot water though, By then I had already prepared for bed and needed my hot drink so had to quickly put on my clothes back on and run downstairs for a small cup of water.

Good customer service

Staff are disinterested and unhelpful like most of Romania to be honest. Furnishings and fixtures are old. Would not recommend.

We paid for a suite and the amenities just were not there, especially the basics. No shower curtain, no kettle (but there were cups and tea service items), missing a chair and a trash can. (Traveled with a friend who had another suite.) AC didnt work properly. Location not quite as central as it was described to be. Breakfast and staff were lovely. Hotel not 5 star, closer to 2.5 star.

Small room with centralised aircon so the room was very hot and it was very noisy if you opened a window.

Very good value for the money

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. It was 15 mins walk from old town, and felt safe. It was clean and had toiletries. The WiFi was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value for money, not luxurious but basic and clean which was what we wanted.
