Friendly staff

Stayed here two weeks ago and very happy to return. Lovely traditional hotel with great staff. I can recommend the breakfast.

Had a really nice stay here, the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Unfortunately not dinner options as there was a function on the same night.

Lovely welcome at reception. Spacious bedroom, gorgeous bathroom with free standing bath and separate large shower enclosure . Stylish restaurant with table service at breakfast. I can recommend the Eggs Royale.

Nice hotel overlooking Tonbridge Wells, limited onsite parking, Clean and tidy, although bed felt like it was at an angle. Breakfast excellent, Would stay again

Lovely large comfortable room and bed. Good view right over town and common. Only had one breakfast, but it was very good with lots of choices.

Very good. Happy with everything except the shower which went hot and cold and lacked power. All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved location and room. Will stay again in the future. Had breakfast which was amazing.

Advised them of poor water pressure for showers on the 3rd floor of this old hotel.

Very friendly welcome on check in. Allowed me to check in 1hr early as a room was ready . Enjoyed a nice evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Staff very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.
