The room had hair from the previous guest. The hot water didn't work properly the first day and the staff was not helpful. I asked to arrange taxi to the airport and was told I needed to do it myself, and also staff was hesitant to print out my pcr results for me but finally did it in the end.

Get free room upgrade The bed was very comfortable. The staff were smiling. And very friendly. I like the overall atmosphere of the hotel. If there is a chance to go to rest again

Clean rooms, delicious food, very lovely staff. The hotel is not far from Patong beach. Lose a little about parking, must park on the side of the road, but there are watchmen throughout

OMG is the 1st word from my mouth when I arrived here. Nice stay and beauty hotel. Lovely place with beautiful pool. Only my suggestion is provide small Gym, lighting in the room should be more romantic. Overall is great, value of money, and I will stay here again next time.
