This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty. We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay.

Run down property, very small bathrooms so small hard to have a shower or a wee. No clear instruction as to where things were.

Really friendly staf, was travelling with two dogs and the staff were super accommodating in the hotel and in the restaurant. Also genuine and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I and a number of colleagues were staying for 3 nights. The main issue a number of people had was that the air conditioning was not working correctly leading to uncomfortable nights sleep. One colleague found eggshells in their scrambled eggs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and cannot thank them enough.

We were just passing through after visiting family in Piacenza on our way to Verona, so really cannot rate the local area. The staff was friendly, the stay was nice, the room was quite spacious for 4 people, and the breakfast was very good.

Very friendly staff, almost all spoke English and were happy to help facilitate shuttle rides to various locations for business meetings. I would recommend

Very efficient and friendly book in service, excellent restaurant and reasonably priced menu. Whilst the hotel was maintained to an excellent standard overall with gleaming clean public areas I was disappointed to find the room carpet quite stained......(needs sorting)

The hotel is good for a stop in the middle of a journey but not if you want to explore Piacenza. Although they do run a free shuttle bus to the city on Mon-Fri evenings. The room was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and not too over priced. Good pizzeria next door. The best thing I can say is that the Internet worked! Having spent a month in various hotels in Italy, I realise this is a very rare thing!
