Great room for the price. Nicer than expected actually. Easy taxi ride to airport early in morning.

Positif: friendly staff. Negatif: breakfast choices are limited and of average quality, area around the hitel is dirty, the hotel needs renovation.

The hotel is well located, walkable distance to Metro. There are restaurants of all budgets around, mini-market, etc. Staff was courteous, at all levels, Room was comfortable, beds, bathroom, fridge. Great Madrid stay.

Room was very nice and clean, location is good, close to stores, just be prepared for a steep walk. Came in with family, will stay here again.

Friendly multilingual staff were prompt at check in. Gave options and arranged transportation we needed to catch an early flight. not much to see around the hotel, however easy access to public transport.

If you have a group of friends or family and are looking for a great place to stay while you're in Madrid this is the perfect place to stay. There is a microwave, dishes available for your use. I highly recommend staying here it's perfect.

The hotel was minutes from the metro. The reception and serving staff were very helpful and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!

It was only 17 minutes from the airport but no amenities were included. A cup of coffee in the room cost you 1.50 euros. Everywhere else I stayed coffee was included.
