The Sunna Park is situated on a restricted site about 300 metres from the beach at Peguera. Other buildings crowd in on 3 sides, leaving little room for gardens and pool.
The room is quite comfortable with 2 single beds pushed together as double and a large bathroom.Room facilities such as tea-making and a mini-bar are lacking, which we found unusual for a 4 star. Nice view of the sea from the upper floors.
Food was good with lots of choice, Strange that coffee wasn't served in the dining room at diner.
The outdoor pool is smallish but quite adequate for a dip with enough loungers for everyone. The pool is octagonal with a strange bridge-like structure spanning the centre of it, which makes swimming around it rather claustrophobic. Still the water was warm and very clean.
The indoor spa pool is situated alongside the outdoor pool and is really smelly. The glass walls of the pool building look really smeary and need cleaning.
There's a nice bar which serves drinks throughout the day.
Most guests are German and all very friendly. Staff speak English.
