The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough, other than that nothing else stood out. Our room had a lot of noise from cars and occupants in the room above us. The room was lacking a few common things, the bottles of water in the room cost $3 and you need to pay a parking fee to a third party.You may also consider bringing your own soap and shampoo.

Paying rv parking when there’s no security or any other vehicles in the lot.

Didn’t like that that you must pay to park, its is an open lot. There was a constant humming noise all night in our room. 4th floor # 14

Nicely updated hotel. Great bar and dinning room.Housekeeping wonderful. Didn’t like having to pay parking with my phone. I’m 80 years old and not very good using these apps on my phone. Thankfully the young clerk at front desk assisted me and all was well. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights.

We had a very nice relaxing weekend we have no complaints. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Staff was very respectful and nice. Room was very clean and very spacious and very quiet.

Very nice hotel cosmetically and located in a nice area. Rooms are nice but walls are thin and a bit noisy inside. Water pressure is very low so not an enjoyable shower. Not sure that the thermostat was cooling the room enough either. I would stay here again but be choosy in the rooms.

The parking fee was unnecessary also the pool was unavailable , the room wasn’t ready at the time of check in they gave us different room that I reserved.

Everything clean and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful and room was very comfortable!!

Pros: Clean, large rooms with living room space, great restaurant option, and nice employees. Cons: Pool wasn’t working (they had an option to use next door hotel’s pool, but not the same), I had requested rooms next door, but they ignored that request and put us on different floors.

Beautiful Hotel!

My husband called ahead to inform staff of our late arrival time & we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. However when we arrived, we waited an hour and a half before we could get in contact with any staff from the front desk.

Love the location and the look of the hotel. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. They have completed the renovation except for the pool. The rooms are beautiful the beds are amazing

Comfortable in all aspects, very nice!

It was beautifully remodeled since I was last there. The room (a suite) was so well done and the bathroom too. I was impressed! The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! Needed to ask them a few questions and lost a jacket during our trip - the front desk was very helpful and attentive! Only complaint was the room’s A/C wasn’t blowing in the bedroom?? It was working great in the bathroom and living room of the suite, so something was wrong with the vent in the bedroom. This was room #307, hopefully they will get that fixed as it gets HOT in Paso. Would definitely stay here again!
