My wife and I had an amazing getaway and wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was fantastic—our room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. The stunning beach nearby made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Great hotel, large pool area and deck to sunbathe, lots of space and not crammed together. Different dining options with a low key vibe. Really nice base as we then went out each day/night to enjoy Alcudia. Tip - if you are getting a taxi make sure they take you to the correct hotel as there are several Bordoy hotels in Alcudia and we got taken to the wrong one. This was not the hotels fault.

My first experience of the all inclusive experience. I’m a convert. Pool was nice and clean, food was good overall, entertainment was good. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Location was good, a little further from the town/beach than it looks on the map but I don’t mind a walk so not an issue for myself, maybe an issue for others though. Staff were fantastic!

Quite a nice hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. “Double” beds are two singe moved together though and the mattress is so soft it’s uncomfortable. When we tried to extend the stay by one day, it was also a nightmare.

Rigtig fint hotel med god mad og fin service. Rengøring er fin. Beliggenhed god. Blot ærgerlig at hotellet ikke håndhæver der egen reglel om at solvogne ikke må reserveres.

Booked pool view room but they said they had non left and was fully booked Entertainment shocking Food selection good

Our stay was fine. Breakfast was good. Pool bar understaffed in the evening and afternoon. Not a fan of the ‘entertainment’ at all-inclusive. But they tried hard to entertain.

Great entertainment with fantastic staff who work so hard! All went out of their way to make our week memorable and wish we could have stayed longer

Hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay again. Pros: Clean, fairly modern, staff are kind and helpful. All rooms have balconies too, which is great. Close to beach and not far from pretty Port area. Cons: Not all sun loungers have an umbrella, therefore there is a rush to “claim” your sunbed, very early in the morning. Also, due to orientation of the hotel building, sun doesn’t shine on all areas of outdoor/pool area for a few hours. Food was average - lots of options but not best quality.

Only outside entertainment area, pool could do with been heated

Our booking was All Inclusive, 4 nights-5 days. Clean premises and helpful and friendly staff. A BIG thank you to all the people there :)

Perfectly adequate hotel, nice room and very clean. The food was very similar each day which is fine for a short period. Entertainment could be better, but still Alberto was very funny and a good host. Restaurant staff were very nice, special thank you to David and Nerea who were very attentive and friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel, lovely room, good entertainment and a great selection of drinks on the all inclusive option. The food was ok, always a pasta, salad, freshly cooked meat for lunch/dinner. Breakfast had a good selection of hot options (hash browns/sausages/omelette request etc) and cold options (bread/cheese/pastries/fruit etc). The pool area is lovely, there was always a sunbed available. Overall, a great stay at this hotel!

My stay at AluaSoul was brilliant. Such a lovely hotel,with wonderful staff,from the activities lead by Alberto & Gian Luca,who are both great guys,very friendly & helpful.For them alone,i will definitely return in the near future :) The staff in the restaurant are all wonderful to.Food was absolutely delicious,& the excursion team are great & very helpful. Kind regards to you all :)

we had a great time

Nice hotel, however the acoustics is terrible. We expected a quite hotel but the night events (every night!) are taking place outside and the noise is terrible, even when we closed the window.

Lovely spotlessly clean hotel. Ideally situated. Welcoming staff. Very comfortable rooms and plenty of sun loungers.

Upon arrival the hotel didn't have a double room for us so we were put in what looked to be on of the staff accommodation rooms with no balcony for 1night. This room was awful but the second night we were move to a much nicer room on the top floor. Staff were great but food was hit and miss. Food was great on the night they give out the review cards!! Pool was fab and also had a nice pool table and ping pong.
