Been staying at the Opus off and on since Nov 2022. Always my first choice. It is home away from home.

Would only clean room upon request and not in weekends 1 towel for 4 nights Receptionist gave me attitude when I requested an extra towel Rudely told me that they ran a sustainable hotel Breakfast was as to be expected on a 2.5 star hotel

Usual poor service from a Scandic. Reception staff never at the desk, when asked for simple things, make it difficult to achieve. This usually dampens any enthusiasm when you come to stay at a hotel. Shame, as this place has potential

Great breakfast, rooms were large and clean. Our room had a great view. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Good location, free parking, large room with balcony. Tired decor, our room felt dirty with marks on the bedding and red mould in the bathroom, beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast.

This is an amazing hotel with a wonderful staff. Morning breakfast was included and wonderful. I had a fantastic stay here

What a great experience! The whole staff was nice and Helpful. The bar staff was amazing and patient. The staff went out of their way to speak English with us. Recommend

Nicest hotel in town very pleased with stay

Super nice and comfortable room, spacious, with balcony - a very good price for this last minute booking in high season! Phenominal breakfast with a lot of space to eat and sit - despite the many guests we never felt crowded! Nice and discreet staff.

Very nice. Solid service, nice breakfast buffet and 100% clean. Air conditioning could not cope with 30 degrees outside.

The hotel is 20 min walk going to the town . Staff was very nice and helpful. I wish if they have aircondition coz when we were there the weather was so warm we can't sleep properly. And also the breakfast most have some changes as well .

We had a perfect stay at Opus Horsens! The staff was amazing; it actually got me wondering what type of job interviews they hold that they can get everyone, in every possible position to be so friendly and competent! Breakfast was huge, with eggs, bacon, warm liver pate, delicious grilled mini sausages, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms: a feast for those on a Keto / low-carb diet. It also had delicious (home made?) yogurt with fruit, granola and a plethora of other types of toppings.Plus fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, and not to be missed freshly baked warm cinnamon danish! We found plenty of outdoors and underground parking spaces everyday even in the peak of summer. Since we told them in advance we were coming with dogs they gave us a room on the ground floor near an exit, which really made it easy to take them for walks and esp. for emergency bathroom outings. I didn't use the spa but my husband said it was amazing. The gym is very small and hot--better to try to do something outdoors instead. All in all, we will always come back to Opus Horsens!

Fin service, pænt og rent sted. Flot indgangs parti, det er der gjort meget ud af. Gange og værelser, var kedelige i forhold til prisen. Havde søgt på spa hotel, men en forventning om en spa. Det var der så ikke desværre.

Service, værelset og morgenmaden var virkelig godt. Dejligt sted, som jeg glæder mig til at bo igen. Jeg har boet på Opus en gang om året de sidste mange år. Denne gang var der dog et par ting der ikke helt spillede. Vi havde ringet i forvejen, for at bestille bord i restauranten fredag og lørdag aften. Vi fik at vide, at det ikke var en mulighed, da de kører “barmad” i weekenden og man skulle bare møde op. Fredag 18.15 var halvdelen af retterne på menukortet allerede udsolgt. Vi fik dog en tapas som var lækker, men som ikke havde brød - kun en masse små bitte saltkiks. Eneste smørelse var oliventapenade. Er man ikke til oliven, var der mest bare virkelig meget pålæg. Lørdag aften da vi kom for at spise, fik vi at vide, at det ikke var muligt, hvis vi ikke havde bestilt bord 😳 Restauranten var ikke fyldt og det blev den ikke i løbet af aftenen. Vi endte med at få leveret mad på værelset af Wolt. Deres spa-afdeling er simpelthen så hyggelig. Vi savnede dog massagestolene 😄

Cómodo y tranquilo. Muy silencioso aunque un poco retirado del centro. En cuanto a los servicios tiene uno de los gimnasios más completos que he visto en un hotel. El spa muy agradable y gratuito. El desayuno es de calidad y tiene un rincón sin gluten con un tostador dedicado para evitar contaminación.
