Perfect location, lovely swimming pool and great that breakfast is included. Beds a little hard

Amazing little hotel with a great pool and bar area.

Hotel is comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well located. A few mins walk to via Corso and 15 to railway station. The pool area and dining room have wonderful views of bay of Naples. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked. Our standard double room with balcony was fine but we had no view and could have done with more hanging space for a 7 night stay. The sound proofing between rooms and floors is terrible. Kept awake by a crying baby and then by the dining room above prepping for breakfast. The water pressure was poor in our shower room, the air con flaky and the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate.

This hotel had a great view of the ocean and the mountain side. Very good location- walkable. The hotel restaurant was great - Italian breakfast. Lots of areas to rest and relax with amazing views. The only set back for us was the bathroom- the shower was extremely small. Not much toiletries. The room was very basic but clean. The king bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.

We stayed at this hotel in Sorrento for 4 nights as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast, and it was a fantastic choice. Sorrento turned out to be the perfect location—close to great restaurants and shops, yet still charming and relaxing. The hotel itself was excellent: the breakfast was generous and delicious, the service was top-notch, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Amazing location! Right near Corso Italia, “The main drag”. Convenient for shopping, tour, pick up locations, and many many restaurants. Staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It is modern, clean and minutes to the main shopping/dining area of Soreento. Walkable to the port for boat tours to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious included breakfast with a view. Great value!

Very good hotel! Even in the off season. When it says limited parking it does mean LIMITED as employees take up half the spots. You can still park for the same price and they will pick up your car and drive it to their extra lot, you just need to give them an hour notice if you want your car.

This property is very well maintained and at one end of the busy shopping district. It is about a 20 minute walk from the bus and train station. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is very good. The staff in the breakfast area are kind and efficient. The hotel is also good value for your money (we stayed 4 nights). It is worth the rating I have provided.

Short 4 day stay for a Sorrento wedding. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and informative. Simple but tasty breakfast.

October 20-25, 2024 Our stay of five nights was excellent! The perfect location in Sorrento, quiet and very easy to walk to all areas of Sorrento. The staff were very helpful, friendly and ensured our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one. They helped with suggestions for tours to the Almafi coast. Very clean rooms, comfortable and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast included in our stay was very satisfying with a variety of foods to choose from and delicious cappuccino! A definite great place to stay!

What an amazing property we chose for our stay!! I would highly recommend The Hotel Rivage to anyone planning a trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast!! The staff as very helpful with any questions, not to mention the Bar/Restaurant!!! The food prepared was pretty close to Michelin grade to say the least. Local seafood caught that day and prepped…WOW WOW!! We will be staying there again for sure!!!!❤️

Beautiful property. Our room had a good size balcony with lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed it every evening. Hotel was clean and well cared for. Excellent breakfast buffet with attentive staff also with ocean view. Enjoyed our stay.

Mold everywhere!! Not a very friendly staff at reception, they don’t great you. No water pressure in shower, leaks everywhere. Our friends were moved to a 5 star hotel without notice and there was 8 of us in the group

The breakfast ALONE was fabulous and with an incredible view! The room was wonderful. I had a private balcony I really enjoyed. It was clean, great temperature, guiet and bathroom had a roomy shower. Loved it. Great stay! 3 days in Oct 2024 Denise

Great location & balcony sea views. Breakfast could use more variety. Hotel rooms a bit dated. Nice bathroom & shower, however shower easily floods.

Close to the main strip of shops and restaurants but not loud

Great view and location. Room was perfect for the family. Clean and tidy and extra bathroom was a bonus Lovely views over Bay of Naples and also kids loved the pool. Close to train station and short walk to Corso. Great place to stay for a few days.

The hotel is well located in a walkable area, the breakfast is good but the rooms are outdated and not comfortable, the bedsheets and towels need an improvement
