This hotel was fine, the staff was very nice. Breakfast and special happy hour was very good. The rooms do need some updating as our room showed some wear and tear especially in the bathroom/shower.

Pros- Close to Legoland, wonderful breakfast, staff was friendly and went beyond, safe and quiet. Cons- Couple things. The room was a little musty smelling, but tolerable. The iron did not work. I had to call room service daily because the lack of towels, trash bags, and soap provided was very little.

Our room had small spiders we kept finding them on our walls in both bedrooms and window seals as well.

Nice clean room. Spacious. Liked the full size fridge. AC worked well. Shower head water pressure was low but not the worst I have had. Overall good hotel.

We picked a bad weekend for our stay. hotel renovations.

It would have been nice to inform guests that construction would be going on. Less parking and a bit dirty.

Our stay here was very good! The only thing I could say is there was nothing saying that the hotel was doing construction on the outside of the building. It was unfortunate that there was plastic over our windows the whole time so we never got to look out our windows. You can definitely tell that the inside is dated because there’s scratches/ holes on all the furniture & on some walls. But overall it was a great stay!

The location is a humble little stay with limited parking. Does its jobs for large families but still requires some updates, as it is quite old or it better words used. I would still recommend it for families to stay.

We’ve stayed here for years when we visit Carlsbad. The staff and service was excellent, pool clean and heated, good breakfast buffet and basically a good value. However the condition has aged and definitely needs an upgrade ie carpets, furniture, etc.

Convenient for the place I needed to be for business trip. Great place. Nice breakfast. Nice staff.

We have stayed at this particular property and we love it. The suites fits our whole family comfortably. We have family in the area and we will continue to come here.

We had a great stay. 3 adults and 1 kiddo in the 2 bedroom suite. Plenty of room, very clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had tons of options and was a hit with the family. Definitely would stay here again.

The restroom had pubes you can tell it wasnt clean. I requested my room to be cleaned the next day and they never or vacummed. Bad food

Conveniently located with a hearty breakfast included. In-room full fridge and microwave in the kitchenette are a nice bonus. Suite is perfect for putting the kids to bed in a separate room. Showing some signs of wear, but the friendly staff make up for it.
