Lovely stay. Good location and friendly staff!

Not what I am used to from other NH Hotels. Looks adjacent to the airport, but 15 minute walk. Rooms smells bad

We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Great place really close to the airport

My husband and I arrived from Milano and checked in at the property at 10:30 pm. Upon arriving in room 242 with the thermostat not functioning and set at 25 Celsius we called the front desk. They informed us that the system would be reset. What followed was a series of follies filled with frustration, awful customer service, and pathetic excuses by the staff. After over an hour we were begrudgingly transferred to a new room 104. The thermostat was functional, but the room lacked towels, sheets, water, tea kettle... It was well after 1a.m. and my husband and I could not believe how disappointed we had been with our choice to experience the hotel. On a couple of occasions we called down to the front desk and there was no follow up. At no time did your staff apologize for the inconveniences that we experienced and their lack of effort in resolving the matter. I am afraid to think that this is normal or typical at this property.

The room was clean, there was a very strange smell in the room. No water offered for free in the room norm coffee making facilities.

Excellent location and rooms

Convenient and Comfortable- Arrived 1:10am and didn’t want to travel into Milan Central so late at night. Followed the hotel instructions to walk to hotel and relatively easy. Stayed again on the way back to catch an early morning flight

Highly recommended if you’re flying into Milan late or flying out early. It’s close to BGY airport, connected to a shopping mall and overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are a good size, it’s clean and tidy. The staff is also friendly, i appreciate that.

We stayed in a Junior Suite – a spacious and comfortable room, perfect for two adults and a child. The suite featured both a shower and a bathtub, and even had an exercise bike, which was a pleasant surprise. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is extremely convenient – just under a 10-minute walk from Bergamo Airport, which makes it ideal for travelers. Despite being so close to the airport, we didn’t hear a single plane during our stay. It was wonderfully peaceful.The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

It’s ok.

Good hotel if you are checking in from 6-21:00. The hotel is next to the airport but the Access to it is restricted by dual carriageway. You have to walk 0.8 mile, part through the tunnel. Not great if you are travelling solo at night.

The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice. The next time we are flying from Orio al Serio to any destination we will for sure book a room at the NH hotel.

If i go back to Bergamo, would stay again. Decent airport hotel.
