I am a small business owner and travel to and thru Tampa often with my husband and sometimes employees. This hotel is our by far favorite . Omar at the front desk is awesome and always professional. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a time crunch and needed to get an Important document to a courier. Omar kindly printed the document for me to ensure there was no issue. They were expecting new toner for the customer printer and a guest had informed them lines were showing on some of the printed items. I truly appreciated his support with our urgent need. The front desk staff always welcomes us with a smile on their face. The breakfast attendant & housekeeping department seem so happy every time we see them. I highly recommend Springhill Suites Tampa / Brandon - Falkenburg Rd. Tell them Ms. Kim said hello - LMBL

This place is great. Location is good for easy access to downtown Tampa. Good breakfast selection.

Quite and clean

It's a decent hotel, not very surprised. It could be cleaner and the AC under the window is noisy and hard to set at a steady temp.

Sitio muy agradable, buen descanzo, buena atención, buen desayuno, algo retirado de Bush gardens pero un buen balance calidad precio.

Outstanding location… definitely will be back

The staff that we interacted with was very friendly and professional. We stayed for two nights and had left the hotel after the first night or about 3 hours. When we returned, our room was not cleaned. We were a little disappointed about that issue. The breakfast was great and Yvonne was so friendly.

Pretty clean rooms, we love Marriott

Quiet, comfortable room. Only slept there. I did not use facilities or eat breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice. The side door entrance close to our room didn’t d not work which was frustrating. Desk representative said it doesn’t work when it’s hot.

Amazing. No Complaints All

Check in smooth and room was great

I booked the king suite for my husband and I and it was everything I could’ve hoped for! Beds were comfortable, room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar, complimentary breakfast was very convenient, and it stayed nice and quiet during the night. I will definitely be booking here again soon in the near future for our next trip down!

Where do I start, there was no hot water in the riom i complained on thenfirst night. I spoke.tonthe front desk they stated their "maintenance" guy wasn't available. And the manager was not available. My family had to take a cold shower. On Sunday the maintenance guy shows.up tries to fix the water issue he was not able to, i asked for another room and was told.they didn't have any,. And it would be a while, 6 hours later we got the room, the rest.of.the stay went well the day receptionist was polite and accommodating, the night receptionist she barely made an effort to help me.and.when.she responded she made.it sound like she was doing me a favor. I love the fairfield inn chain theyve always had good accommodations and good breakfast, so I was very disappointed.
