Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too.

This hotel is very nice, we loved the rooftop bar. Just had no idea the town was full of very young ppl partying all night. I found it difficult to sleep, as the whole city seems very loud, just not my scene anymore, haha.

It is a hotel that is a connected to another hotel, which has a lower review, seems renovated. The room we had was with a balcony and facing pool. Not the best choice if you want a quite night sleep, since its also faces a loud and lighted main street. The room was not clean! We found hair in. Our sheets, 2 different kinds! The bathroom dush was not working properly. The gym was great, the breakfast was also very nice. The service was generally ok. All and all - i would not recommend this place, since its not clean, and maybe there would be a better places that would be more suitable, but if no other choice, its not a bad one

Well on checking in it appears that you only put one person down which was embarrassing and further cost. Hotel clean no entertainment unless you like ballroom, food not to our liking and cold still with all those different nationalities you can't please everyone, if your British not great

There were ants in my room and they refused to change it. Horrible staff, horrible hotel.

Not so fussed on the area of Lloret de Mar itself, a bit too party-ish for me and my partner but this hotel was absolutely fantastic, it is particularly worth upgrading to superior for access to the amazing rooftop pool which is highly relaxing with easy access to the bar. The breakfast was out of this world, everything you could possibly think of! Staff were always prompt and friendly. Excellent overall, cant think of any improvements!

Great Place to stay, close to central train and metro station, room work out very well and nice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel the only thing that let them down was there English Breakfast it was like eating a plastic one the food on the whole was poor .

Excellent hotel, very clean and staff fantastic.We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

We were allocated a room in the Hotel Delamar next door and were very happy with it. Only room for improvement were the balcony chairs which were all metal and extremely uncomfortable - like café chairs. We had booked a room with a bath but non were available. My 93 year old mother found the shower base a bit slippery but we were given a bath mat when we asked.

We didn't actually stay at the flamingo one, but the one next door (they have interconnecting hotels), Hotel Delamar. It was the best hotel I ever stayed at, considering the price we paid. We got freebies at checkin, towels for the beach, amazing breakfast. The whole hotel was newly refurbished and very classy, they have yoga and live music every week and an amazing roof terrace and pools. We literally didn't want to leave, it's now my favourite spot to go to on Costa Brava.

The hotel was great, room was clean and the rooftop amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices and really good food. The only minus is that 2 big hotels are sharing the same breakfast bar and it's impossible to maintain social distancing or Covid-19 compliance, but they really tried. Everyone had masks and gloves on. Overall it's a great spot for a couples vacation.
