Not clean. It is under remodeling and never mentioned it. The buffet was not good. Under staff so it was messy.

As soon as we open the room to the room a roach came crawling out. Then the shower was soapy and when water would be turn on, it would not drain properly. Also, for laundry you have to be on a schedule to use washer and dryer, it would be nice to have at least one washer/dryer that you don’t have to be in schedule as we didn't have the time for that. Food was edible.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. Their shuttle service went above and beyond in taking us around. The room was nice, modern and super clean. The food was fantastic.

Everything was in walking distance

It’s OK if you’re looking for a cheap stay.

The first room we were offered was horrible. Broken chair. Broken tile in the bathroom, toilet did not flush properly and the Ac had a weird smell. I had to go and to be changed to a different room. The second room we got was the closest to the construction, and every morning we had to deal with all the noise.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I picked this hotel because I was told they had handicapped accomodations. Raised toilet seat etc. I was not given any handicapped accomodations. I cannot walk well and there was no food on the property in the evening. It was a far walk for me to anywhere in the area.

Needs a paint job and the bed sheets needs to be cleaner

Looks ok for a quick 1 night stay.

This place only provided 2 old and dirty towels. The room smelled like rotten eggs. I had to stay out for most of the time. Staff was rude when I asked to send me a clean towel. She said you only get 2 towels. No standard for American hotels. Very low quality and service.

Plumbing issues, reported early in morning to reception, theybtold me maintenace will address asap. Did not happen, so i had to leave and left my luggage at reception appx. 9am. They said, i cannot get a new room until 3pm at normal checkin. Go figure the logic. I could not wait to debate, was already late for doctor appt. Got back at 2.30, provided a new room and they really thought they we doing me a great service.

Hotel is dirty, old and stinks. The Expedia pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. Pictures are deceiving. Not close to the beach. Bfast is nasty
