Clean, nice property. Staff not very friendly or helpful

Took forever to get checked in and I had to use 2 credit cards because their system didn’t work. Didn’t honor my Expida pricing so I paid full price and they charged me an extra $15.00 they claimed is a convenience fee. Convenience fee for what? Nothing at this place was convenient!

The customer service is great but there are some major plumbing issues with the bathroom. Most of the time the toilets wouldn’t flush and seemed to back up. We changed rooms twice and had issues with both rooms. We talked to other guests during breakfast and the issue was widespread. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was overcooked.

This is a very nice hotel, we used to love Hampton Inns, however we were extremely disappointed to find dogs in the hotel. We did not realize that Hampton is a pet friendly hotel. We feel this is disrespectful of people who do not want to coexist with animals! Who wants to go to breakfast and find animals in the dining area? Also a man came in with a large barking bulldog while we were in the dining area. Do you guarantee that only certain rooms are used for customers with pets?

It was a good stay. As usual, American hotel "free breakfast" was bland and lacking. I wish American hotels would get away from using so much paper and plastic

Our room was in front elevator, noise all night long, bed and bed clothes looks really old and uncomfortable. Poor acoustic isolation, we could hear conversation on apartment above us and both on sides. We usually like HIE but was a bad experience

Hot tub was not working during my stay.

Had a great experience. Very comfortable and convenient to I70. They allow pets which is great. I was a little surprised that the pet fee was $50. I don’t remember reading this on hotels.com.

Our room is roomy, clean, and comfortable. Acoustics not so good as we can hear guests below us and people in the hallway. Stayed an extra night due to poor traveling weather.

Wonderful, quick stay. Fair price, last minute booking. Kind front desk gal. Room was clean and beds and pillows comfy. Would definitely stay again on my next time through Limon.
