Very nice and helpful staff. Shuttle from airport was quick and easy. Overall nice place to stay. Will stay here again next time In town.

Dated and unclean

The property looks better on line than it does when you get here. Smells like wet dog in the hallways, elevator and even worse in room. Found bug in bathroom, spots on floor that they missed with vacuum and noisy rooms next to me people constantly slamming doors. Property interior a little dated. AC sounds like a helicopter in the areas and sticky bathroom floor.

Be very careful with booking through third party . Check your sheets because they do not change them .

The room was spacious and I felt at home with all the necessary essentials being supplied. Thanks to management and staff.

I was highly disappointed with how the setup with a shuttle company on the pickups and drop offs! It's not 24 hours like it should be! if people have weird flights hours! The way it's listed is we pick up and drop off to the airport with reservations.. I was very upset once I checked in to this newer Hotel and went to the room and went to enter the restroom to sit down on the toilet seat and there was only one boat in the toilet seat causing me to get injured I've fallen on the ground and I was already disabled..I reported it, to two of the deaths representatives and they failed to report it to the general manager that wasn't on the next day but should've been reported Within that 48 hour period. They did fix the toilet seat immediately but still I had to pay for a taxi to get to the airport and that's not cool or should be tolerated especially if you're dealing with a third party company like Expedia..

Our room smelled like the strangest mixture of moth balls and feet. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay again just based on the smell of the room. It was awful.

The room was okay. We did see two little crawling friends on our last day. Other. Than that the experience was okay

I srayed at this motel due to the convient airport shutrle. Well, the ahutyle was not told i was on my way to their puck up spot. The giy at the front deak was yelling at me and telling me they couldnt wait for me...i had landed 15 minutes prior to this, i had no checked luggage and was trying to find the shutrle in the busy airport landing area. I ran, yellinh and caught the last sh7tyle if the night...i had two briken toes and a heart condition, but imade it! The next morning when i called down to remind them i would be in the 5 am shuttle qith my son, we were bot on the list which we were told we were in when we checked in at 11pm the n8ght before. Thank goodness there were 2 seats left and we made it to the airport in time. The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen, but due to floridas humidity...they stunk...intop of all of this the 2 staff members i had to deal with were rude and nasty.

Pleasent stay we came from richmond va had fun a lot of areas to shop thank you

After arrival at airport we called and spoke with hotel directly regarding our shuttle pickup. We we told shuttle was in route and where andcwhen we would be picked up. After waiting for 45 mins we called again and was told that the shuttle was no longer running and that the driver said he came to the airport and we werent there which was a lie. We along with another couple were forced to find other transportation to the hotel . We arrived so late no restaurants were open and then the front desk attempted to tell us our card had declined which was untrue as we used the exact same card to pay for it on site. I did see that he had a list with reservation #s about 12 in number with declined written on top. The clerk stated the shuttle only ran until 1

Didnt understand why they held 100 on my card when i paid through you guys.

We have been a few times and always clean and comfortable

Called 20 plus times to find out where to park nobody answered, then they changed an additional 50,00 for park and 40.00 resort fee that was supposed to be included, super noisy until after midnight music playing from bar is heard throughout the entire hotel, impossible to sleep with that and garbage mattress and pillows

We actually had to leave and get a different hotel this was so filthy and stank.

Should clean carpets thoroughly
