Good location, Easy to find, very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes away from Thruxton which was our leisure activity for the weekend

Check in was seamless! Front desk staff, Claire, was very friendly and courteous.

The room was of a high standard, very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. A very high standard of staff attention to detail.

Helpful staff

This was a decent hotel and had a nice breakfast selection. We had a little issue at check in with the room we reserved not being available because of a heating issue. But the staff was quite friendly and got it sorted out appropriately. If you are going to Stonehenge it’s a perfect spot. We had an early morning appt (6:45am) and this was a quick trip over.

A bit out of the city and not much activities in surrounding areas. More of a business hotel.

We were pleased with this Holiday Inn in Amesbury. We arrived early and received an early check in at no cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of food. Also the front desk people were very friendly andcwent out of their way to help with any requests we had during our stay (calling a taxi for us, giving advice for seeing Stonehenge, ect) Very good hotel.

It was a great place with plenty options and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The breakfast (if you're from overseas) gives you the option of having a classic English breakfast, loved it!!!

Breakfast was one of the best on our 2 week vacation around England and Scotland. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel, would stay again

This hotel is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and worthy of its 4-star rating. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and I absolutely loved the blackout curtains. The staff are great, the beds are super comfy, and the bathroom was nice. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive from Stonehenge. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower hose in our room hadn't been broken. Although the staff accommodated us by allowing us to use a bathroom in a different room, it was a bit inconvenient.

Great weekend as a family at the holiday inn. Very friendly staff who will try to serve you going over board. We are very grateful indeed. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff from Reception to the restaurant and bar.

Perfect for accessing Stonehenge. Lots of fast food places within walking distance. Beautiful River Avon also very nearby. Amesbury town centre also close which has lots of restaurants. It is worth noting that Stonehenge is actually walkable from the area rather tuan paying the exorbitant fees. Worth researching.
