For the price felt like the staff was not very friendly or helpful. It is a big property and overwhelming where everything is but even when you ask questions felt like you were bothering the staff . Saw a lot of two people staff members standing together talking but not helping anybody like they didnt want to be there. Was expecting more friendly And to bw more pampered for the cost. No signs for pool towels etc. Had to figure out everything yourswlf

I stayed in a room without a view and it was still a gorgeous view of woods. Loved my stay!

Beautiful place for romantic tranquility and superb service.

No hot water no ice hot tub old and low on water

Don’t expect to be able to speak to a person working there for any reason whatsoever. Think recorded messages to self serve when calling reception. Understaffed, large and impersonal, long wait times at restaurants (mediocre and overpriced) but gorgeous views from main lodge.

Excellent. Kid paradise. Stay at the Inn if you can. It's much more serene.

Perfect everything

I couldn’t get the water to warm up in the room

The Inn was quiet and had a beautiful view. The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately the restaurant at the Inn was closed the days we were there however there are other great places to eat at the resort itself. Front desk at the lodge was very accommodating and helpful.

Not happy with the stay

I stayed here on Sunday and Monday. It seemed that on Monday, the staff were a bit less attentive to facility management—there was no toilet paper in the restroom, for example. However, overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

There is something to do and enjoy for literally anyone! Great premise and comfort
