Absolutely beautiful property. Excellent food and drinks. Staff goes above and beyond and made our trip special!!

I have never in my life was so spoiled during my stay. From learning Spanish, to assistance of figuring out the lay of the land, food was incredible!! The Staff was amazing, kind, friendly and always there to assist your needs. I will return for sure. Thank you for a great vacation!!

First stay at this resort and it was amazing! Staff was very polite and accommodating. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect vacation!

Property is great except for a couple of things. First they will provide you no points unless you book through Hyatt site. Also, they keeping pushing VPI club membership and we let them know we were not interested from the start. Pass that tons of seaweed on the beach, but they spend hours trying to get rid of it. Great food and service with shout out to Dario and Manuel at the pool. All the restaurants are above average and we really loved the French and Asian. They do custom lunch by the pool that rotates with options like blue fin tuna, tacos, Spanish and TX BBQ. I am from Texas and would advise skipping their BBQ. Lots of activities around the resort and in the pool.

The attention from the staff was excellent, the food was a 4.5. The cost to stay here is pricy but the worst part of our stay is we saw a few bed bugs on our king bed.

Beautiful property. Our favourite was the beach/ocean. Absolutely breath taking. Why every day. Service was amazing! Loved our swim out. Used it every day also. Food was VERY good.

I loved everything about this property!!!! It was so pretty and extremely clean!! The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I loved the entertainment and different activities during the day!! Hector was so amazing, he really cares about helping you to have a great experience!! He is so kind and you can tell he REALLY LOVES his job!!!!!

The property was beautiful it was away from other properties. There were three security stations for clearance to get onto the property. Very secure. All the staff was amazing. The resort has daily activities. I highly recommend!

The property could use some updating. bathroom shower floors the phone in the bedroom didn't work no ability to call out.the concierge Francine took two days become available. Also there was a small lizard in my room and they were unable to find it. Adrian mini bar rep was awesome and the maid made my stay in the room bearable. Amstar return to the airport was not what we expected we had to call several time to get pickup. Time share membership was high pressure although they gave you funny money to use in their hotel. all in all its not somewhere I would visit again.
