Excellent all the way around besides not having a washer and dryer area in the hotel. They did have a laundry service but a bit over price for customer that stayed 5 more day and laundry accumulated. Other than that, I recommend staying there.

From staff, clean and location very satisfied!!!

Staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety and of food to choose from. Overall stay was great, highly recommend.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and close to coffee shops, a Walmart, and food. We had a pleasant stay.

Super nice

False advertisement. No shuttles were available. I needed a reliable way to get to the airport, this place does not offer that. I had many other options but I decided to stay here because of the “reliable” shuttle service. Taxis are an option, but I try to avoid them in certain hours. This was simple not acceptable.

Needs a Bar and a Restaurant, it's a great place.

The shower drain was to slow

We checked into our room and within the hour hotel b staff came into our room and robbed us. They stole prescriptions, credit cards, and a little cash. Thankfully we had our most important items with us but DO NOT TRUST THEM. We asked them to check the security cameras and of course no once saw anything. We know right we're we left it. Funny thing is we stayed over night left for a night to see another town, went back the second night. The staff was on edge and shocked to see us. Almost stumbling over their words. They know, we know. Not worth the risk. You've been warned.

We came down to restock our daughters supplies and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. We checked in and dropped our bags in the room. We went to pick up our daughter and came back to see that all her supplies were stolen. We searched every where, trashes, property, all our bags. The hotel said they would check with security and of course they didn't see anything. We traveled to Tamasopo. 100x better experience at Casa Maria. We thought us corporate with expedia would be safe. They are not.

it's ok

All was good but they had no restaurant so we had to walk about 4 blocks to a VIPS or cross over the highway to a restaurant on the others side. We did the VIP's trick.

The staff was exceptionaly nice and curdious. We definatly will stay here again.

Very friendly staff, overall happy with my stay. Definitely will be stay here in my next visit to San Luis Potosí!

Safe and quiet....we were tired.
