Good staff and breakfast. Parking and rooms are small, well located near a mall and the highway to Madrid.

Very clean, excellent customer service but kind of far from downtown, if you plan to use the metro, the station is about 7 minutes walking. If you have a car they have plenty of parking and is a safe area, we explore the city of Alcorcón, we had a nice run at the park and enjoyed some of the local and traditional food and tapas!

If you want to save money, it’s a good place to stay for visiting Madrid. A train (C-5) takes to the city center in 20 mins plus 10 mins walking

It's okay for the money, but advertising said that it had air-conditioning. It does, but they do not turn it on until May. They did give us a fanas if you opened the windows too noisy, car noise all night

Great place great service

You could not ask for better staff at a hotel. The ladies working the front counter were brilliant and deserve a raise. The hotel however is very old and rundown. Signs have faded on the highways so bad, you don’t know if it is a holiday inn. The floor boards are falling apart, bathroom fixtures are broke. I would suggest new ownership or remodel the hotel.

Hi the hotel was clean beds comfy .we took the buses easy to figure out . The hotel wss far away fro. Airport 55 min drive . Short walk to Places to eat .

Walls are paper thin. Your can hear the moaning and groaning as well as the snoring

If I could give no stars, I would. This property is a 45 minute train ride (2 separate fares needed) and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Broken glass on sidewalks, streets littered with trash. To reach the hotel, you walk through a BMW dealership driveway to arrive at the Holiday Inn Alcorcon-Madrid. Horrible, nowhere in the description does it state this.

Standing shower of my room had serious technical problem. The water over flows into the room. The hotel staff was very helpful and quick in help.
