The Night Staff She Is Amazing With Her Customer Skills . She Made Me Feel More Than Welcome , I Will Recomend To Any One That I Know With Out A Doubt , Loved The Breakfast As Well Was Fresh And Cooked To Perfection!

Staff was super friendly, rooms very clean and bed super comfy. Great breakfast as well.

It was good. The daily housekeeping left a lot to be desired. But other than that, overall, it was good.

Great stay and super friendly staff.

The air constantly shut off and if we left for the day once we got back we would walk into an 85 degree room! No towels at the pool or easy access to a restroom while at the pool. The TV in the room had a huge, very noticeable scratch on the screen. We paid in full online but then when we got there required our credit card and a deposit of $100 which yes I understand in grand scheme of things but would be nice if told this ahead of time. The hotel isn’t easy to get to because the address doesn’t include that it’s on a service road so the maps send you to wrong place.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet and the service was very good and helpful with anything that we needed

Clean and great locations

We always stay here while in Fort Worth. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. From maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen and front desk we are treated like family from all!! Jennifer was very friendly and helpful! She’s great in the position she is in! And Miss Alice.. my goodness she has become family!! You are the sweetest!!! Thank you all for being so kind!

Great room and great front desk service!

The room and property looked clean enough and the breakfast was presented very well and there were many good choices. It was tasty and warm, both the coffee and the hot choices. As for the room, we did find a dead roach by the toilet which was not removed after housekeeping cleaned (glad it was not alive). We did have to ask for an iron which was not brought to us until we asked for it twice.

Short but sweet

Very comfortable and the service was great. Complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Overall I had a great time there. Accessible to the highway, shopping centers and parks near by. Only thing was the pool wasnt opened at the time.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, will definitely be coming back next year
