Outlets didn’t work. Mattress was old and worn.

Paid nearly $300 a night and the pool had limited hours. No restaurant. No breakfast. I would not stay here.

Hotel is great. Very busy with kids @ the Waterpark Friday - Sunday.

Amazing place for a family trip!

Wonderful service at the breakfast buffet and delicious food. Deb, our server went above and beyond. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. Anytime we requested an item be brought to the room it was taken care of rapidly. Our daughter had a lot of fun at the indoor waterpark. We definitely look forward to staying here again. would highly recommend!

Pool could use some

Pool not for adults...too many little kids and parties. It was nice that a "quiet time" was posted.

$200 for one night and then they charge $16 for breakfast, the pool shut down at 9p.m., the waterpark wasn't even open! I definitely should've looked at other hotels that had more to offer and a better bang for the buck.

Our first time and we enjoyed it. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was nice. The price was good. There are so many restaurants and shopping near by. I would stay again.

Great for a weekend getaway. We loved how conveniently located the hotel was to good food and shopping. We will definitely be coming back!
