The property was clear. The only problem we had was with the TV they were having problems with it.

The staff in this hotel is friendly, they care! Would come back to this hotel.

Everything was pretty clean

A very well kept facility! Staff are friendly and helpful. A good breakfast and plenty of parking. Nice job!

It was really nice but the sheets were stained and looked dirty and the floors were dirty and sticky my sandals kept making sticky noises while I walking around but I did like that they provided full big bottles of all hygiene stuff like lotion body wash and shampoo and conditioner

Our room was clean and the beds are super comfortable. We went to the pool and spa and it was clean too. My family and I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean. But our room was on the side of the building that was close to a busy street. A traffic light was next to the hotel entrance. Cars revving up when the light turned green made our stayvery noisy, all night.

Pleased with appearance, quality of food above average.

Staff was nice but a bit indifferent about the issues with the breakfast. Ran out of many things over the course of our 3 night stay. Pool and hot tub were nice (pool was pleasantly warm) and the kids loved it! Close walk to the movie theater for 1 of our nights. We were in the end close to the road where a lot of wanna-be badasses loved to rev their low end muscle cars.

Elevator broken

I liked the large room. The room was clean . The elevator was broken we had a second floor room. From their we drove to carleabed caverns it was not close. The breakfast was big .

Enjoyed the stay. Love our suite for the family. Little disappointed that the “hot tub” was room temperature at best. But the shower/bath in the room was nice and hot! Good breakfast and service!
