Hotel clerk more interested in his phone than the hotel Had to stand there for 5 minutes and the ask him to check us in

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location if you have activities in downtown Cincinnati.

Quality hotel

It was nice the one room we had, the ac was weird but it worked.

I called 3 days before stay and was told construction was finished. Was still going on while we were there. 2nd day tv went out and was told company was working on it. Was fixed later.

I can not believe how many times the people at the front desk tried to argue my card in the middle of the night even when$ that i did not take front desk to do

We stayed here on a Monday night after a Reds game in June. Very quiet, very comfortable. Bathroom was not the cleanest and I had to juggle the toilet handle to get the toilet to stop running. Breakfast was average continental breakfast but it’s included with the stay so who am I to complain. Staff was very friendly and receptive to our concerns about the bathroom. 10 minutes from GABP just over the bridge. We will stay here again.

The room needs cleaned better, obvious signs that careful inspection of rooms weren’t made (toilet paper looked as if there was fecal matter on roll, inside of toilet needed cleaned better). Check in took longer than needed due to staff not being present even after calling the desk.

Upon arrival we checked our room. My daughter was sleeping on fold out couch and when unfolded was full of crumbs. We let staff know and requested new sheets because she would be sleeping there. They provided us with sheets but did not offer blankets. Luckily i had packed hers. There was also construction going on that was not listed on website and was occuring directly under our room. Th construction and appeared to be hotel staff eating breakfast each morning leacing little for paying guests. Also the pool room back door was propped open with a brick so anyone could have walked in and kept the room cooler than normally expected. While swimming construction workers watched my daughter and me for a period of time making me uncomfortable and us leave the pool.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, loved the soap in the shower.

Great location to experience Bellevue, Neport and quick access to downtown Cincinnati. The Tank bus was fantastic and easy to get to thr ballpark for cheap. Brealfast had a lot of options. The kids lp ed the pool too, but the water was cold.

Staff was very friendly. We're doing touchups around the hotel, which is always nice to see. We were barely in the room, but overall good experience for a night stay.

The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and polite. They were renovating and it sounded like they worked late into the night. It would have been nice to know that before I made reservations. I would have stayed somewhere else.

The property will be nice but during our stay there was upgrades going on. So the hotel smelled of paint and there was paint, tape and workers everywhere. The hotel was still clean and the workers were pleasant.

Absolutely terrible, stay anywhere else. Checked in and my room’s bathroom was not clean. Went downstairs asked for a new room or for someone to clean it and was told that housekeeping “left” so I was given cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Then the next day my bathroom still wasn’t cleaned and i was once again told the housekeeper left for the day. All this and no refund or discount. Also staff pretended to call management or care at all, I didn’t need it to be sparkling clean but it was truly so dirty I had to shower in my coworkers room both evenings. You’re joking. Also they are doing the most construction I have ever seen on a hotel so maybe yeah just stay somewhere else it’s not worth the money to stay here.

They were going through a remodel. The floors were messy and so was the hall. Very acceptable for the renovation. The staff was very accommodating and the painters were very nice. The upgrades will be nice once they are finished. Close to the ballpark and Newport. A $7 uber ride got us to GABP. I would stay again.

The location looked stretchy but it was a nice hotel. Good location. Trolley accessible.

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4pm. They told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes and it would be ready. Time went by and went back to the front desk and she said it still wasn’t ready. I had to use my sister’s room to get ready for graduation. We went back at 5pm and the room still wasn’t done. Staff there was terrible and they never made the situation right. The manager went home and rooms were not ready for other people behind us waiting also. I’m calling corporate office to make a formal complaint.
