Your front desk person was excellent. When we mentioned the smelling issue he looked and saw there were no other rooms available. He quickly went in the back and came back with a spray and a room deodorizer. That fixed the problem. Later that night I asked where the ice machine was. He said it was broken. He said he had some bagged ice in the back he gave me what I needed and all was well. Sorry I don’t remember his name. He deserves a bonus or a little recognition for all he had to put up with that night. We appreciated his service. I traveled a lot for work over 25 years so I can appreciate a check-in person/ manager who does a great job.

Check in staff was awesome! Quick and convenient to lots of different restaurants and shopping is abundant. Bed was insanely comfortable and the pillows were great since most of hotels have cheap flimsy ones. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Only complaint about the stay is the shower heads themselves needs a deep clean since they had lots of calcium build up. If you need to stay in the area lay all I’d recommend this hotel and their rooms with the kitchen and such in them because you have a full size refrigerator, full size microwave, small stove top, plenty of cabinet storage, etc. Also pretty cheap in their fees. $25 per night per pet and only a $10 incidental hold. Other hotels are charging $75 per pet and $50 hold.

The floors in the kitchen were oily. Floors in the bathroom were sticky. The carpet was filthy. The stove top was not functional. Mattress was old and the pillows were lumpy. the room smelled like feet and mildew. The whole property smelled like pot smoke and body odor. Only saving grace was the low pet fee and friendly staff.

Our room was clean and very comfortable . Everything that was needed was provided. bathroom was spotless. Pet friendly for our little dog.. coffee in the lobby was delicious..will stay in the same hotel on our way back home.. 10 out of 10..

I'm just sorry we had to leave early.

Booked this hotel last minute as we traveled into Virginia on a quick two day trip. The desk clerk Zulius was fantastic, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very updated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay i was here on business and loved the L shape desk for me to work on my reports, the kitchen was clean everything worked, clean bathroom looked new, and the bed was very comfy.

Good facilities in the room, if wanted you could cook a meal. Unfortunately the mattress was sagging in the middle which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We had to sleep on the edge luckily it was a king size! We found the air con control was confusing to operate, to a reasonable temperature. We would recommend this hotel, as it is easily accessible to many nearby historic attractions.
