The property was very unique and the room was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom had heated floors which was nice and room was pretty sound proof.

All around great place to stay just not to my liking in terms of functionality within the room size

The Staff should explain about the hotel rules and policy especially during early check in. Not just we are guessing what are we going to expect. Not all are friendly. Some doesn’t care at all.

The location is ideal. The standard room is a good size, very clean, with adjustable heating, and the shower is hot and powerful. The lifts work well, serving odd and even floors separately. There's a small gym on-site and a lounge area equipped with useful amenities, plus free coffee near the reception.

Place was okay only, water from shower was not contained and would wet other areas and was smaller and cramped. Room did not feel well designed. Would not spend a lot of time in the rooms.

A cheap hotel near the centre of Oslo and I would say you get what you pay for. Only really needed a room with a bed and somewhere to stay overnight and that's what you get! Other facilities in the hotel too, but we didn't need them.

The room was sufficient, no frills but clean. Staff was not very helpful and made us wait while they helped a group who arrived after us. There was construction in the area around the hotel which made it hard to get to our Uber. I think they changed their offering after I booked because I recall breakfast being offered in the listing, but it was not included. I will most likely find another hotel for my next trip.

Close to everything in the city. Sometimes you get lucky and your room has a fridge but for me its a 5050

We booked a compact room and it was undeniably compact. It was also reasonably priced, had great staff, a good location, and all in all a great value.

Very close to many attraction

We had a so called triple so the room consisted of a double bed and pull out couch double bed. There was 1 small table. The double bed had bedside lights but not the pull out. There were no chairs to sit on. There was no room for suitcases. There really wasn't anywhere to hang clothes. The toilet was rectangular so it was very uncomfortable to sit on. The room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We had paid in advance but were charged by the automated checkin. When I checked my records, they willingly refunded the second payment. However, it cost me approximately $30 Canadian in exchange on my credit card.

Friendly staff!

Carpets need good professional cleaning, they smell bad inside the rooms. A cellphone battery charger and cables were stollen just before we checked out on our last day. On the good side, the overnight front desk person was very helpful and courteous.

I faced the situation that staff were just gone and people ware making a long line at the “Barception”several times. It was really bad. The breakfast bag is relatively expensive but the quality is bad. I would recommend you to buy different things individually at the Barception or go to a convenient store.

The check in and out system was easy. Our room was big and modern.
