We only stayed one night here, but our experience was amazing. The staff members offer an excellent service and the place has everything you might need.

Rooms beautiful, great view, near some shops, excellent car park with massive parking spaces, though it is very tight to drive into the underground car park. Breakfast great, good choice and all fresh. Staff all very friendly. Absolutely superb. Rooms all very modern and lovely. 3km walk to Old Town.

Great stay room was spacious with full kitchen even a washer. Even though it was a bit far from center of Pamplona easy to get there by bus or taxi. Nice to have free covered parking. We would stay there again.

Great service and stay.

Hotel is not in the best location. Upon entering the room, we got hit with a horrible odor of smoke. We went down to complain and they told us that while we were out, they would put a machine in the room to get rid of the smell. When we were leaving, they then made up an excuse for not being able to provide the machine and only other option was switching rooms. We decided to stay since it was only one night and we had already settled in. That night we hardly slept and I ended up with a migraine due to the smell! Definitely not worth what we paid!

Excellent spacious suite with large fridge and cloth washer (and outside hanger). Short walk to bus L05 to town center(route Orniva)

Large room with well-equipped kitchen.

First, I loved how comfortable n clean the hotel was. I was shocked though how far it was from the city. I was looking forward to staying right in the city centre n stroll around but this hotel was way out there n it’s quite a hike to the city. Apart from a nice small grocery shops, there’s nothing to do nearby

outside the city. easy to park and check in. rooms was spacious. no vending machines for water or snacks, but front desk found a water from the cafeteria. left my power converter there so good luck if you find it.

Wonderful room, great staff, exceptionally clean. The room was beyond my expectations. Very large and almost brand new. Only issue is that it was further from Pamplona center than I hoped. My own fault probably for not locating on the map. But a great stay nonetheless.

Nice hotel. Good for an overnight stay.

Arrived at 9:30 in the evening after long trip up from Spain en route back to the UK. We booked the room about 3hrs prior to our arrival as we were unsure how far up through France we would get. The hotel would not serve us any food even though we had to wait for the hotelier to serve meals to the seated guests before checking us in. There was nowhere else open for food so we went to bed hungry. The room was in an annex away from the main square, which was disappointing. The bedroom was ok but the bathroom was dated and only had a bath. There was a small shuttered window which had a bright light outside all night. The room has pictures of water on the wall. It would be better to have some black and white photos of Richelieu so you felt you were there rather than in a bland hotel room.

Advise to futures customers not to buy food delivered to the hotel like rapidpizza.

About the best apartment that we stayed in. Very large and well equipped. Three large supermarkets 4 mins walk away. A 40 inute riverside walk into Pamplona. Plenty of car park space including underground parking at the apartmemt Very helpful staff. There is also a caferia.
