Always a great place to stay the staff is always friendly and the property is always clean

The lobby and dining room were clean and staff were welcoming and professional. Our room was on the second floor. The elevator made a loud noise when arriving at the ground floor and we noticed the inspection sticker was expired. Our room was freezing when we entered and felt damp. The bathroom was clean but the curtain rod was bent and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed but drooped towards the middle. The beds were not comfortable! Rock hard. The breakfast wasn't great and we opted for waffle house the second day. I would not stay here again. The website said there was a pool. There is no pool.

Hotel was great. Had to stay in a hotel due to having plumbing done in our home . Staff was friendly, room was very nice and clean. They serve breakfast which was good and always nice to have . Id definitely recommend this hotel and if the need ever arises again I'd book again with them.

The room was decent and clean elevator was not the best it wasn't working when we first got there then once it was running it still was not the best and the door would not fully open sometimes and being on the 3rd floor climbing the stairs was not fun with luggage and kids .. The last inspection on the elevator was January 2024 and it expired February 2025 so may need to look into that .. The cleaning staff were super nice .. Was a decent stay all and all 3 out of 5

1'st off..The customer service was really good. The cleaning service wasn't. I asked for my carpet to be vacuumed and it wasn't. The carpet was way outdated,wrinkled,stained and torn in few places. Spider webs in the corners. I asked that it be vacuumed and it

It Was All Good. From the check in; to the checkout. The Play Swiss around it with plenty of places to eat national and local food Chains. The parking was very accessible. I have no complaints about my stay. Accommodations, we're very fitting for the stay...!!!

Power out could not stay

Nobody at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes to check in. Called and was told they would be there. They were assisting someone.

Someone close by was slamming doors and yelling in the hall throughout both nights

Stayed here for just one night during the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Price was good, room was fine and included a good, small fridge and a microwave. The property is convenient to several fast-food places and just off I-85. The free/included breakfast was also nice. The hotel asserts a $250 fee if you host a loud party. I had very loud neighbors in the next room, but after a quiet word to the hotel's night attendant, they either quieted down when warned or they quieted down of their own volition at around 1 am.

We arrived quite late (after midnight) but we had called ahead to notify the hotel of our late arrival. Check in was quick, got a good night's rest, then hit the highway first thing in the morning. It's important to have reliable accommodations while on the road.
