Excellent breakfast

Good location and price, staff were really helpful and friendly.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing tips for things to do in the area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, shower was good with lots of warm water. Was easy walk to Monistriaki and plans… and subway stop was 2 min walk making it easy to get around. For budget hotel, we were happy with our stay.

Probably Greeces worst hotel. Terrible staff, terrible location, avoid.

hotel is great considering it is 3 stars. nice breakfast, very helpful and friendly personnel, the location is very well connected transport wise, but feels a bit unsafe due to the number of homeless people around (that is just my personal feeling, not that any of them acted in any way or tried to approach me)

Awful experience. Checked into the hotel around 10pm and went to our room only to find a boiling hot, cramped, stuffy, smelly environment. Disappointingly there was no cot in our room, so we called reception immediately and said there was no cot, could we have one please. The receptionist declared that we should have told them in advance, but she would see if she could get one and come back to us. As time ticked by and we almost died with the heat in the room, with the truly pathetic aircon that couldn't cope with the heat clearly, we heard nothing. I then went to reception around an hour later to discover that the receptionist we spoke to had gone home for the evening (without telling us). Having then explained to the new receptionist that we needed a cot, he said he would get us one in the morning. Completely useless for us given we were staying one night. The guy couldn’t be bothered trying to help and claimed it had to be set up by the cleaning staff, i explained i was totally fine setting it up and all he needed to do was hand me the stuff but he refused. Having given up with the most unhelpful receptionist, we were forced to find a new hotel. 1 because there was no way we could sleep in that sauna and 2 because our 1 year old baby needed a cot. Thankfully the hotel across the road were happy to give us a room, with a cot but i had to set it up myself which i was happy to do. The receptionist then became aggressive as we moved our bags wanting the room key back.

Area outside property is disgusting. Graffiti all over. Dirty. Homeless people all over. Prostitute was seen as well. Had we known the surrounding area was so bad, we would not have booked here. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel itself was ok. Although, the room we got had three beds; we don't know why there was an extra bed. This made it very tight. Elevator was super small as well. Athens needs to be cleaned up. City was dirty. Can't really enjoy the historical sites when graffiti is every where.

Location, easy access, pleasant and very helpful staff

I recently stayed at Parnon Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The hotel’s location is a major plus, as it’s conveniently close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated, and the internet connection was unreliable in some rooms. We also noticed that some areas around the hotel didn’t feel very safe. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Overall, it’s a good choice if you prioritize location and great service.

The Hotel was situated very close to downtown Athens. From there you can visit the Parliament and the store and restaurants below the Acropolis. Which is the reason which this spot. Walking distance are a nice 10 minute walk, which is advantage in belonging in with tourist and the locals. The Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Was satisfied.

We had a room on the top level and had to drag our 25kg suitcases up ourselves. The wifi don’t work on the top level and the staff weren’t that friendly like at other hotels.
