The spa area with pool, sauna and steam room was stunning (but lacking shower gel in the showers). The hotel staff were amazing, shout out to Deborah on reception for a great check in. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. Really enjoyed my stay.

Clean room and good service

Nice surroundings, room clean and comfortable. Parking is easy. Breakfast has a vast array of foods to suit all tastes.

I payed quite a lot for the room and it was supposed to be a nice surprise to my newly Fiancée after proposing the same day we went here I payed extra for rose petals to be in the room and when we went in there was nothing in the room which ruined it, I was also woken up quite a lot throughout the night after a very loud noises after the room underneath us would flush the chain which kept waking me up every time.

When checking in. We wasn’t told times or where breakfast was. We had to go back and ask. Front desk staff - not that welcoming. Checkout was more happier.

The Air conditioning unit made a noise on/off all night. Surprised at having to pay for parking, I must have missed it when we booked. Fabulous reception area in the hotel.

Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Rude staff, told me to drink bathroom water as they couldn’t deliver for 13 hours. Mr Nicholson the assistant front office manager shouts and abuses guests and refuses to actually call management. The rooms have broken walls & furniture. Bathroom had broken tap & toilet roll holder.

Lovely hotel but sadly only had one night there.
