Staff be honest in their work..

Property was acceptable. Older facilities but still clean and acceptable. It was close to town and convenient.

First off all was told that the room I payed for mths ago was not available anymore, was offered a 1 bedroom room for the 4 of us, after refusing that room I was given a room close to what I ordered but was to have a pull out lounge but didn’t get that, would have been nice to receive a email to just let us know that they had a booking for girls soccer team that was so noisy ever morning and night. Ask for a blanket still waiting for that, the lady behind the counter was so unfriendly wouldn’t even say good morning to us, but the young man was very nice and helpful, I sorry but I was so disappointed I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. I recommend this property. It has a nice swimming pool its in a really nice area where you can walk to town. The staff are really friendly and they consistently check on you. There are really nice restaurants in the neighborhood. There is Albert park close by and there is always something happening there that you can watch. You have the option to pay for your own internet I really enjoyed my stay.

Kind and accommodating staff. Walking distance to restaurants and services. Consistent and strong wifi. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

Convenient

Was definitely not worth the money I paid for the accommodation. Tried getting a refund and book else where but there was no real person I could talk to at expedia. all emails got replied to virtually which made me feel that both the hotel and expedia were just interested in my money rather than supporting me get a better accommodation. Everything that is told in its promotion is not true.

No towels and no elevator and no helper or bell service

Property was in a great location and a great short stay property with convenience of onsite restaurant and onsite secure parking.Old decor but clean and comfortable.

Friendly service on arrival. No lift available on site. We arrived late and the restaurant cooked us a meal before closing. The room was clean and tidy. The pool is small. Didn’t get the chance to swim. Walking in to town is doable.

Walking distance to the city center and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to when we wanted to extend our stay. As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay at their 2 bedroom apartment. We would love to stay again at the Suva Motor Inn on our next visit. Vinaka
