The rooms need more lighting in the bed area. Always dark there and hard to see whats in suitcase when unpacking and packing. . Do like the 2nd tv area and couch, so that you dont disturb your other half if they are sleeping.

Easy airport access but the 2 bedroom suite is really 1 bedroom and a partition that separates the 2nd bedroom from the shared living space. It was Very dark in the unit and the bathroom was not clean enough, with visible mold/mildew. Also our reservation was for 5 ppl and they only provided towels for 2.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property.

The website shows different than what is real. We got a king suite, in the pictures showed a little office in the room. Not so much it was a desk pushed up to a wall. Liked the bathroom was large and clean. Living room was a great size lots of space. But if you want people to sit bring chairs with. Pool waste of time too small, fitness only half of it works.

It was fine, no issues at all. I would like to see a broader variety at breakfast. It was the same exact food everyday.

Sharon the front desk clerk was excellent and the young man on Saturday morning was very professional and helpful.

We had several issues during our stay. Clogged sink, repair person left a mess in the bathroom and the carpet was smelly.

All in all we had a decent stay. The staff is wonderful. The hotel needs updated. In our bathroom, the shower needed maintenance. Bathroom has no counter for toiletries. No towel racks except grab bars. Carpet in elevators very dirty.

Loved the room. It was so spacious for our family of 6. Breakfast was good. Would have loved a few more options in Breakfast. The elevator carpet was not the cleaneat but overall a nice stay.

This was a pretty average hotel. The breakfast could be improved with more options for children. There wasn't even plain bread for toast available. The pool is pretty small, so my kids couldn't enjoy it as well with as many guests who used it.

Everything was very nice with the exception of having to hunt for/ask for towels and toilet paper. No one came to refresh those or empty trash while we were out for the day

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and the property was well maintained.

We were driving with 3 young children and were so happy they could get sons energy out in the pool! The room was clean and comfortable

The space in our corner suite was plentiful, layout was sensible, my reasoning for less than 5 stars is the bathroom, the whole no shower door thing (just a partition) is not working. For one, you have to go all the way in to turn the shower on and get immediately blasted with cold water (it does warm up quick). Second, the partition is not sealed well and water gets out around it. Standing water then gets under the floor and all of the large floor tiles in the bathroom are loose and the grout is mostly gone. There was a vent cover over the shower but no vent actually came on with either switch so the whole bathroom stays steamy for quite a while.
