Location is great. Service is very nice. The property could use some maintenance.

Lots of construction around the hotel created much confusing in being able to park (paid parking too).

Be mindful to keep ur park pass on ur rear view mirror and park in courtyard spaces only.. our friend got towed and was out of 180.00 to get car back!!

The linens on the bed had the most disgusting smell. I could not sleep soundly due to the need to keep my face off the pillow. Disgusting industrial detergents.

The staff was very helpful because of mix up that almost left a family member without a room after he was told 3 days prior that his booking was secured and he was able to book the very last room.

There pool and hottub were out of service which was the only reason I booked with them

It was huge mistake of mine to not verify if the property is pet friendly or not. I DO NOT stay at pet friendly properties because no matter how they try and mask the smell of Dog odor especially in the rooms it just doesn't work. The staff did their best to try and find a room (3 times) for me that didn't have the animal odor and to unfortunately to no avail. Another area I noticed is that tables in the dining area and lobby were not always cleaned and chairs at the long bar table remained in dis-array. These areas in particular should remain focused on as they are the first representation of the interior of the property and can deter ones decision whether or not to sit and relax in the lobby or whether or not to dine in.

We enjoyed our stay here! Check in was easy and went smoothly. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The property is located near conveniently near restaurants and shopping.
