I love the stay

This is the worse experience I’ve ever had the threaten to move move us to a different hotel twice because they said they over sold. The first call I received was at 9am to confirm we were coming then another sell At 2 to tell us they were putting us in another hotel. I went to the hotel and they said they would have the room ready in hours we went back and they said they are moving us. I refused to be moved and they get us a room that had a loud ac all night. This is the worst experience at any property I’ve ever stayed at. We didn’t sleep and left this morning because of the noise.

It was bugs in our room

The management was attentive but there was a large red stain on the mattress of the sofa bed. They had no mattress replacement and could not clean the stained one. The mgr was very apologetic but couldn’t help with the yucky problem

What we liked about this property was that it was clean and felt safe. The staff were all amenable. The room was a great value and very user friendly! The ONLY thing we wish is that we didn't have to stay teeth shatteringly close to the airport runway. Light sleepers beware of 7/8am plane departures. If we ever need to stay in the area again we will definitely choose this location.

We had a great stay and cant wait for another one

I checked in around 11 the room was dirty and the towels too. They tried to move me to another room and it was just as outdated and dirty as the first one. I left there and booked another room at another hotel and now there trying to say I stayed.

Clean facility

When traveling we have a couple of preferred chains that we use, and we do so because the results are usually predictable. Residence Inn is one of those. We can almost always depend on a clean comfortable room, helpful representatives of the chain, a well-kept property in decent neighborhoods and a good value for the money we spend. This time was no exception. We like having the little apartment feel of Residence in. And as budget minded travelers, it is nice to have the ability to "eat in" during an extended stay, save a few dollars and have familiar comforting food. And we can always count on Residence Inn for having a familiar room style that we enjoy.

The food. Something different every day

Very happy with out stay. We will always stay here when we visit Gulfport.

I love the King bedroom and all the features it had. Will be booking only here when ever I visit my famioly.

The room was spacious. We had a king suite. The only complaints were we only had one wash cloth and the breakfast was a little bland. For what we were there for and the length of the stay it was fine.

Needed a room quickly was able to reserve it from hotels.com... got a great room that was above and beyond I was expecting .

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
