My stay was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were also better than I expected and included some hot options (e.g., eggs, sausages, waffles) as well as toast/bagels, cereal, and snacks (e.g., fruit, granola bars, muffins). There is a Kelsey's next door (less than 5 minute walk) which is helpful for dinner/a drink. There is an indoor pool, but no hot tub. Parking was a breeze and there were lots of open spots. Overall, I would recommend!

We really like that we could pick a floor. Although we did not have cable for a few hours. Safe was great helping us when it was fixed. The hotel was great very clean and the room wasvery clean. The beds were comfy We enjoyed our stay. Will come back agian.

We’re kept awake half the night from noise above and very little done to rectify the problem

Had to call front desk about people being noisy in the room above me twice. Decent room for the price but you can hear a lot of things going on outside the room so if you want a quiet evening it’s maybe not the right place to be

An ice storm took out the power in our area which required us to find other accommodation. The hotel was about a 40 minute drive away for us. Hotel was very nice and staff were very good as many of the other rooms were booked by other people with the same problem. We would definately stay at a Super 8 again in the future.

Our room was perfect and comfortable The only negative thing I could say was the gentleman that checked us in was rude and after a 6-7 hour drive from northern Ontario during a snowstorm and his rude disposition stating we should have called him directly instead of Expedia. This was about 1 am, I wanted keys and to go to bed as I had a doctor appointment at 9am

We booked a single room with a We could hear every foot step of the people above and around us. Power outlet on only one side of the bed. Bathrooms were subpar. Bed and pillows were okay. Pool was gross, very cloudy and dirty. Overall it was a reasonably priced place for a short stay.

Everything is fine with this hotel property except for the fact they took out the carpets in the guest rooms and unless you are on the top floor, you get to clearly hear all the noise from the people in the room above you, suitcases on wheels, office chair rolling, kids running around.
