Love this hotel

I think the best service we received was from the parking lot attendant. He greeted us, helped us park and then took our luggage. Check in was fast. The rooms are a little run down. The breakfast buffet is good. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the service was just okay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you want to stay in el Centro. Other than that, there’s really nothing that stands out from other nearby hotels.

Sencillo pero cumple con el propósito de alojarnos cómodamente

Me gusta que el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, a un lado de catedral y puede ir uno caminando alrededor y a unos pasos están muy buenos restaurantes, tours, lugares de recreación, cafeterías, etc. EL DESAYUNO BUFFET SÚPER EXCELENTE CADA DIA! Vale la pena.

Recently remodeled room with a very nice rooftop. Great view of the city and park. Close to zocalo, restaurants and shops. Great customer service.

The breakfast was good and complimentary with your stay. The bathrooms needed attention; the sheets from one bed were dirty.

Breakfast was great! Everything was very clean and nice.

I love that’s is close to all the shops and Mercado. Very clean and the free breakfast was amazing. Big shout to the cooks. There was so many people asking for omelettes and quesadillas but manage to serve everyone. I didn’t like the restaurant called Gloria across the street. They had loud music all the way till pass 11:00 pm. Other than that i liked it.

Friendly staff and clen rooms and you have everything near you.

I liked the easy access to shopping and tour around the city, restaurants, stuff was good in the kitchen. Room service was great. Only reception didn't follow up on opening the safe for me. I couldn't used it to keep my belongings and documents. Also parking was kind of tigh. The rest was very reliable. I recommend this Hotel.
