Nice boutique hotel in a great area. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - special thank you to Adriano and Alexandra. The hotel is very clean and the room was large with a great shower. Breakfast was very good with enough options.

This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff in the restaurant. You were fantastic and we will see you soon!

Exactly what we were looking for. The spa aspect of the hotel wasn't amazing, but that is a side note. The location is incredible and the rooms are nice. Would stay again

Very nice hotel! We love Florence and this hotel was a bit of luxury for us on an anniversary trip. Staff (especially Olga and Tatiana) could not be more helpful and the facilities, even though this is a limited room hotel, were first class.

The hotel was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel offers many amenities including breakfast and a happy hour.

It is very convenience to everywhere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was staying at the first level, very noisy.

The hotel is next to the Ponte Vecchio and close to the Duomo and Uffizi gallery. It is in the ZTL area, so the hotel offers a parking garage for €20/day and registers the vehicle for the guests who drive here. The hotel is noisy due to the traffic. There is no way to turn off the AC so the fan keeps blowing cold air. We had to open the windows to let in the fresh air, but the cars driving by is very loud late into the night. We were on the 2nd floor, but the walls of the buildings trapped the noise and amplified it. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is standard affair. There are dining options nearby, and the hotel location is perfect.

Loved our room with its separate sitting area. We had breakfast included and enjoyed the variety of sweet and savory baked goods, meats, cheeses, and more. The staff were very pleasant. I liked being across the river from the major sites, in a quieter area that still offered great access to everything you could need.

Very quaint property with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice little rooftop terrace to enjoy your welcome drink and take some nice photos. Rooms were a bit small.
